"Do love your job buat never love your company"
Its a common quotes used by middle age people who have experienced with various companies.
BUT WHY? SHOULD WE LOVE OUR COMPANY IN ORDER TO LOVE OUR JOB??
Basically, different people will have different perspective on their own career path forward. Some are more towards long term employment basis and some of them are more towards short term *bkk bisness sendiri *kontrak*etc2
Yela, memandangkan keadaan ekonomi negara yg tidak menentu ni la yang memaksa kite *lebih2 lagi golongan pertengahan* untuk stay dan terpaksa "mencintaik" company mereka demi sesuap nasi. dengan kos sara hidup yg kian meningkat ni la antara punca pekerja utk stay lbh lama (secured and long term employment) walaupon company mereka ni kurang mengambil tahu kebajikan mereka. #rm100 pon nk berkira dgn staf?, ade yg dapat n ade yg x dapat #mcm mana management motivate/demoralise staff dorang? untung berjuta juta juta juta...
Bila kite betul2 put an effort in our job, management x pikir pon the paid yg sepatutnye kite dapat. Bila kite kerja ala kadar, management kate kite ni under par. Hmmmm.. serba salah jadi nye.
So betul ke "do love our job but do not love our company" tu?
Rasanye betul la kot sb we dont even know when our company are going to fuck our ass. Kan? Yela. There's nothing perfect. Nk buat mcm mana kan. Terima lah hakikat sistem pekerjaan di negara kite ni masih teruk. Kenapa? Yela, fresh grad starting salary is Rm2500, diploma holder rm1800, the sad part is master holder is only rm2800! Wtf! We spend so many year in university, investing lots of money *oppps not investing but spending!* but end up with low paid and high debt upon graduated. This is nonsense. Doesn't make sense at all.. baru graduate tp hutang betimbun2.
Hurmm.. so? Love ur job.. but don’t love ur company! Heheh.
At the end of the day, kite still kene menadah tgn n bersyukur kat allah swt sebab beri rezeki yg halal kat kite. Aminnnn..
Prof easy kata "renung2 kannn... dan selamat beramal!" :)
